A creative and passionate marketing professional dedicated to innovation, brand development and imaginative communication. Hardworking, flexible, fun and loyal, I am a team player and am always striving to be an inspiring and generous manager.
I see myself as a storyteller. Whether I am telling the story of a brand, organisation or person, I love helping define the story and give voice to each. The creativity and fast-paced nature of marketing is why I love what I do. Taking a problem and finding an inventive solution, taking a budget-breaking idea and finding a budget-friendly way to implement it or creating new ways to engage with customers and clients. Why do everything the same way as everyone else?!
I have worked in small and medium sized businesses throughout my career. These companies have allowed me to work at a strategic level and then get my hands dirty implementing these strategies. Hands-on roles have given me the opportunity to develop a broad range of skills but also allowed me to develop a brand from inception, working at every level of the brand development. From logo design, websites and stationary through to values and mission statements and communication and branding style guides, I have done it.
Outside of work I let my creative juices flow through food and music. I love being in the kitchen with friends and family cooking up a storm and when inspiration strikes, which is a frequent thing for me, I will be singing on a stage, in a karaoke booth or on the train!
